At Ability to Achieve, our occupational therapy services in Sydney help children, and adults build the practical skills needed to participate confidently in everyday life. Whether support is required for fine motor development, sensory processing, emotional regulation, independence, or daily living activities, our occupational therapists provide personalised strategies tailored to individual goals.
Using evidence-based approaches and person-centred care, we work closely with participants, families, carers, and support networks to create meaningful outcomes. Our focus is helping individuals develop skills that improve participation at home, school, work, and within the community.

We support children experiencing developmental delays, sensory processing difficulties, fine and gross motor challenges, emotional regulation concerns, and difficulties with daily activities. Our therapists create engaging, goal-focused programs that help children build independence and confidence across home, school, and community environments.

Our adult occupational therapy services help individuals strengthen functional abilities, improve mobility, develop independent living skills, and enhance participation in everyday routines. We work collaboratively to support greater confidence, safety, and quality of life.

Our sensory integration therapy programs help individuals better process and respond to sensory information. Through evidence-based interventions, we support improved focus, coordination, self-regulation, emotional wellbeing, and participation in daily activities.
