Ability to Achieve is a specialised behaviour support provider that focuses on supporting high-risk individuals, specifically children, through trauma-informed interventions. 

Our experienced clinicians are well-versed in complex behaviour and systems involved in providing care to individuals with disabilities. We provide individualised intervention and training packages to teams and organisations to create positive, sustainable outcomes while reducing the risk of harm. 

Our workshops and training sessions cover topics such as trauma-informed positive behaviour support, reporting and use of restrictive interventions, and functional behaviour assessment. We also offer clinical supervision and organisational consultation to professionals and organisations seeking to improve their relationships and enhance their ability to provide specialist positive behaviour support.

We develop customised behaviour intervention plans tailored to meet individual needs based on the assessment results. These plans outline evidence-based strategies, interventions, and positive behaviour supports.

As the Team Leader for our Behaviour Support team, I am dedicated to making a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients. I lead our team by conducting tailored Functional Behaviour Assessments and developing Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans that cater to each client’s unique needs. 

I ensure that our PBS plans enhance daily life, promote independence, and support every client in reaching their full potential. I’m known for my consistency and dedication, and I am deeply committed to improving the quality of life for those we serve, both within and beyond the scope of Positive Behaviour Support.
