Our workers undergo extensive training to ensure that they are fully present and attentive during all contact visits. They listen actively, observe closely, and take detailed notes on all conversations and actions that occur during the visit.

Our workers take their responsibility for the safety, welfare, and well-being of the child/children they supervise very seriously. They are highly skilled in managing any issues that may arise during the visit, and they work tirelessly to ensure that the child/children are safe and comfortable throughout the entire visit.
After the visit, our workers will provide a full contact report within 48 hours. This report will include a detailed account of everything that occurred during the visit, including any concerns that may have been raised.
Our workers take great care to ensure that these reports are accurate and informative, providing all the necessary information to help inform the ongoing care of the child/children.
