Ability to Achieve provides a range of supports for people with disabilities, including access to the community, daily living assistance, and travel and transport services. Our community access support includes transportation to events, social activities, medical appointments, and assistance with building and maintaining relationships with others. Our daily living assistance includes support with tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, and medication management to enable individuals to live more independently. We also offer transportation services and training on navigating public transportation.
Providing access to the community is an important aspect of care for people with disabilities. This can include transportation to community events, social activities, medical appointments, and assistance with building and maintaining relationships with family, friends, and others in the community. It helps individuals with disabilities to feel more included and connected to the world around them, which is crucial for their overall well-being and happiness.
Providing care for people with disabilities in all aspects of daily living means that individuals with disabilities can receive the necessary support to perform day-to-day tasks and activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, and medication management. This level of support enables them to lead more independent and fulfilling lives.
We offer transportation services to and from appointments and also provide education on how to navigate public transportation through our training programs.
