All Social / Youth workers have advanced skills in managing high crisis situations.

All workers hold relevant tertiary qualifications, current first aid certificate, drivers license, comprehensive car insurance, and have passed all appropriate security checks: 

  • Personal and employment references 
  • Full driving record check
  • Working with children check.
  • Police check

Workers are experienced in providing care in a variety of settings including schools, hospitals, community or youth centres, hotels, corrective centres, residential housing, and emergency housing and accommodation facilities.


Workers can be booked on a casual or ongoing basis

A functional assessment offers a better understanding of the function or purpose behind behaviour. It contributes to a behaviour support plan by providing an understanding of why a person may engage in a particular behaviour and identifying what support is required to address the person’s unmet needs

Supervised Visitations & Changeovers

Contact workers are trained to be present at all times during the contact visit.

To listen, observe and record all conversations and actions of attendees.

The worker has the responsibility to ensure the safety, welfare and wellbeing of the child / children they are supervising.

A full contact report will be provided upon completion of the visit and will be sent within 48 Hours.
